Asel Otunchieva is an actor and model from Kyrgyzstan. She has trained at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. Recent stage credits include: Penny’s Mother/Mary Lou in Then We’ll Rest (ISLE Theater Company); Before It Hits Home (The Billie Holiday Theatre); The Wayward Daughter Of Judah The Prince (Theater for the New City); The Woman and the Banana Tree (Columbia University). Recent screen credits include: I Wish I Can Give You An Answer (Netflix, Ghetto Film School); Suicide Station (Iain Reed Productions). Asel has been living in New York and transitioning from a career in consulting to pursuing acting. She enjoys traveling the world; playing tennis; and trying out restaurants, dessert spots, and coffee shops with her friends.
